Tibetan Singing Bowls Healing

Tibetan Singing Bowls HealingFor centuries, the Indian and Tibetan people have practiced sound healing and consciousness transformation with “singing bowls.” They are a quintessential aid to meditation, and can be found in temples, monasteries and meditation halls throughout the world.

In a Tibetan singing bowls healing session, the bowls are ‘struck and sung’ in specific rhythmic patterns to create vibrational sound harmonics at the frequency of “AUM” or “OM”; and as the bowls vibrate, they send waves of vibration throughout person’s body harmonizing the cells, engage the relaxation reflex and slow down the respiratory, brain and heart rate, and induce deep meditative state and self healing.   Tibetan Singing Bowls healing has also been shown to be effective in the healing process by reducing stress and aiding in chakra balancing and pain management.
