Kinesiology originates from physiotherapy, combining western anatomy and eastern medicine. Through muscle testing, we can help identify causes whether physical, emotional, environmental or others. The therapist monitors the change of muscle strength to identify the stressor blocking the body from healing, and finds the correction method to balance the body.
Stress in the body affects the subconscious neuro-pathways between our brain and our muscles, and therefore we are able to detect the cause and best method to rebalance the body.
The correction methods are non-invasive and restore the body’s innate ability to heal itself. The methods include emotional stress release (emotion code), Sekhem energy balancing, acupressure, nutrition, and counselling. Kinesiology is effective as it uses neuro-muscular feedback to communicate directly with the subconscious mind.
Usually, most muscles can be tested in a lying position enabling relaxation as the energetic work is being done.
