Ingredients :-

  • 145g oats (replace with buckwheat groats for gluten free)
  • 135g sunflower seeds
  • 90g flaxseed
  • 3 Tbs psyllium husk
  • 2 Tbs chia seeds
  • 1 Tsp fine sea salt
  • 3 Tbs melted coconut oil
  • 350 ml filtered water

Directions :-

  1. Mix all ingredients in silicone loaf pan and mix thoroughly.  If you prefer less texture, roughly grind the oata & sunflower seeds.
  2. Allow to rest all day or overnight.
  3. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C  for 20 mins, then take out of pa. Flip over and bake on the other side for 40-50 mins
