- 145g oats (replace with buckwheat groats for gluten free)
- 135g sunflower seeds
- 90g flaxseed
- 3 Tbs psyllium husk
- 2 Tbs chia seeds
- 1 Tsp fine sea salt
- 3 Tbs melted coconut oil
- 350 ml filtered water
- Mix all ingredients in silicone loaf pan and mix thoroughly. If you prefer less texture, roughly grind the oata & sunflower seeds.
- Allow to rest all day or overnight.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 20 mins, then take out of pa. Flip over and bake on the other side for 40-50 mins
