INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 C. dry almonds
  • 1 C. coconut
  • 1/4 C. agave
  • 2 T. softened coconut butter
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1/2 t. sea salt

PROCEDURES :

  1. Food process the almonds 3/4 C. coconut, agave, coconut butter, vanilla and sea salt.
  2. Stir in the remaining coconut.
  3. Roll dough into balls.
  4. Roll each ball in additional coconut until coated. Alternatively, you could also mix crushed almonds with the coconut.
  5. Refrigerate until set
