SOL offers mainly Kundalini yoga classes in Hong Kong. It is a form of yoga that combines dynamic physical postures, with breathing, movement, stretching, meditation, mantra and relaxation. This powerful combination activates the hormonal system, strengthens the nervous system, expands the lung capacity and purifies the bloodstream. It is safe and effective, and quickly brings  balance to the body, mind and soul, and can be practiced by everyone, regardless of age, fitness, and experience.

It builds inner strength and self awareness so you can fulfill your highest potential as it goes right to the heart of your being.

We all have the energy of the Kundalini flowing though their bodies and often thee energy is limited. Regular practice of Kundalini yoga can can help us tap into the vast reservoir of dormant energy stored under the fourth vertebra of the spinal column.

This energy can rise up the spinal column and activate the pineal gland. which enables us to use the energy of the mind and emotions. The power of Kundalini Yoga can awaken us an din this state we take control of ot our lives rather than being controlled by our emotional programming.

Currently, there is one regular class at SOL on Wednesday 6-7pm. However you can have private classes with up to 6 students, at HK$1,200 per hour.
