Chan Cudennec is a certified Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) teacher and has been practising this transformative and therapeutic yoga for over 12 years. She is passionate about sharing the practice as she has personally benefited from the practice from improved energy levels to hormonal balance. As a health coach, she integrates yogic postures, breathing and meditation for her clients to enjoy wellness and radiance in every sense of the word.
A typical class starts with tuning in, a series of asanas, total relaxation and meditation. The class is lively and is always accompanied by music. Students always leave the class calm and relaxed compared to their agitated state when they arrive.
Sheila Partrat has practiced Kundalini Yoga for eight years and taught for two, from resorts in Thailand to the beaches of Hong Kong. Sheila brings the Kundalini experience to her classes with her unique mixture of empathy and resilience developed over the years through the challenges and joys of managing businesses, parenting and international living. Sheila’s motto is always to leave a situation better than when she arrived. She applies this wholeheartedly in her classes by gently encouraging her students to embrace the tools that will move them to a higher ground.
Terumi Hoki is a certified Kundalini yoga KRI teacher. Originally from Japan, she first discovered Kundalini yoga in 2007 in Sri Lanka. This early encounter changed her life and she travels the world to attend workshops and Kundalini Yoga festivals. She believes that Kundalini Yoga is a powerful tool and a great practice for the body, mind & spirit.
She is passionate in sharing the art and science of Kundalini yoga. She specialises in strengthening the dantian (the foundation of rooted standing, breathing, and body awareness) to raise kundalini energy gently but effectively. She also teaches Kundalini yoga on the chair for those who cannot sit on the floor. Her classes are rhythmic and very enjoyable.
Elena Chen is from Taiwan and resides in Hong Kong where she lives with her husband and 2 year old son.
She has been teaching Kundalini Yoga in Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. A highly experienced teacher, Elena has been teaching classes in Cantonese, Mandarin and English since 2009.
Elena brings a gentle and effective touch to her yoga classes, with a personal and dedicated approach. She is a certified KRI teacher in Kundalini yoga and pregnancy yoga. Her classes always brings a different perspective, a new experience and a smile on your face.
