Chan Cudennec is a certified Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) teacher and has been practising this transformative and therapeutic yoga for over 12 years. She is passionate about sharing the practice as she has personally benefited from the practice from improved energy levels to hormonal balance. As a health coach, she integrates yogic postures, breathing and meditation for her clients to enjoy wellness and radiance in every sense of the word.
A typical class starts with tuning in, a series of asanas, total relaxation and meditation. The class is lively and is always accompanied by music. Students always leave the class calm and relaxed compared to their agitated state when they arrive.
Sheila Partrat has practiced Kundalini Yoga for eight years and taught for two, from resorts in Thailand to the beaches of Hong Kong. Sheila brings the Kundalini experience to her classes with her unique mixture of empathy and resilience developed over the years through the challenges and joys of managing businesses, parenting and international living. Sheila’s motto is always to leave a situation better than when she arrived. She applies this wholeheartedly in her classes by gently encouraging her students to embrace the tools that will move them to a higher ground.
