Types of diet

Vegan Keto Diet
Which is plant based and relying on healthy fats for energy. Chan recommends this for clients with a diagnosis but in a stable and highly functional state. She encourages clients to create delicious and innovative dishes incorporating local herbs, spices and produce. She encourages her clients to eat at least 50% of their food intake to be raw and living, building it up to 80% over time

Why Raw and Living?
The phyto nutrients in raw food are more bio available and enzymes and living force of the plant is vibrant such fresh sprouts. Man recipes during early recovery stage will be focused on blended food as the blender will pre-digest the plant for you.

Vegetarian diet
That is tweaked to have balanced amount of protein, variety of vegetables, healthy fats and small amounts of complex carbohydrates

Flexitarian Diet
That includes animal protein that is grass-fed and wild sea fish to minimize the intake of heavy metals and hormones. Plant based protein is also important and lots of vegetable variety

She also coaches clients on tweaking their kitchen to stock with healthy ingredients and she also teaches clients to read labels and to transform household cleaning and personal care products to be green. She teaches this as part of the lifestyle shift.
